About the role

Appfire is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Salesforce Platforms to lead the evolution of our multi-cloud Salesforce footprint. In this role, you will oversee the roadmaps and team members supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCRM) and Salesforce Experience Cloud (PRM). The leader will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders from other functions to gather feedback on initiatives and deliver outcomes. You will work with Salesforce administrators, and the Salesforce development team to ensure alignment and prioritization of projects and evolve systems to meet business needs and operational efficiency. 

You will own Appfire’s overarching Salesforce vision and roadmap while working closely with cross-functional leaders to drive impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across sales, marketing and partner platforms, an understanding of business processes across functions (e.g., Channel Sales, Marketing, and Product), agile and scrum proficient, with a proven track record of managing product lifecycles and driving user adoption.
