YOUR MISSION
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Billing Assistant and/or finance administration professional to join our Order to Cash Team within the Global Finance Operations Department in our HQ.
THE JOURNEY
- Handle customer invoicing and payment inquiries within agreed SLA's.
- Maintain excellent communication (oral & written) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to conduct research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Issue credit and debit notes to solve discrepancies.
- Follow standard operating procedures and propose basic enhancements to reduce the number of incidents.
- Ensure all incoming inquiries are clearly documented in a timely manner.
- Train new team members when applicable.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
- Support Billing Specialists when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in billing.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting.
- AP/AR experience is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Adaptability, Patience and Responsiveness.
- Attention to detail with a quality focus.
- Ability to develop in a multicultural environment; a true team player.
- Analytical, hands-on, and problem-solving skills.
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
- Billings or finance administration knowledge is a plus.
- Office Suite expertise (Excel).
- Excellent English communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of other European languages (e.g., French, Italian, Polish) is a plus.
