The role
We are actively looking for a customer service liaison to manage the customer communication remotely and in person for our new site in Torija near Madrid. This is a pivotal role at the site as you will be our daily external facing contact for our customer to resolve any queries and support reporting around accuracy and efficiency.
You will work with the customer building trust through open communications and providing regular updates as and when required. You will also handle customer complaints, working with the management team to investigating them thoroughly and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within timelines.
You will also be keeping an accurate track of all customer interactions, processing customer accounts and file documents. You will work with the regional account management team to support customer retention and growth. You will also log recurring issues and provide feedback to the operations team for service improvements.
So, who are we looking for?
Key skills and experience include:
- Proven customer service experience with business clients or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong customer service driven attitude and the ability to manage different personalities.
- A desire to resolve issues and achieve expectations to both customers and the business's benefit.
- Ability to multi- task and prioritise incoming tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong Spanish language skills.
