The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is a dynamic role blending sales development (SDR) responsibilities with full-cycle sales—you’ll prospect and qualify leads, schedule and run appointments, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and source qualified leads within the home services industry
- Make outbound calls, send personalized emails, and engage with prospects via LinkedIn and other channels
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions using our identity resolution platform
- Manage and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in marketing services, SaaS, or B2B
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with using CRM and sales engagement tools
- Knowledge of home services industry a plus, but not required
