Throughout your journey with us, you’ll discover the core HR processes that drive a global company forward. You’ll actively contribute to areas like occupational health and safety, compensation and benefits, employee data management, training, recruitment, and internal communication. And most importantly, you’ll be working with real tools and real methodologies, always accompanied by professionals who will support and mentor you every step of the way.

Your main tasks:

• Provide assistance in recruitment processes and in reviewing job descriptions.
• Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
• Help update employee databases and assist in onboarding procedures.
• Support the team in handling employee queries, draft internal communications, and help organize events.
• Assist in the organization of training sessions and medical check-ups.

What are we looking for?

• You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree or Higher Vocational Training program in: HR, Occupational Health & Safety, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• You’re eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Spanish and English.
• You’re able to sign an internship agreement with your university or academic institution.
• You live in Valencia and can come to the office on a daily basis.
