This project focuses on ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. How will it be to work with us?
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees in France in coordination with the external payroll provider.
- Act as the main point of contact for all payroll-related queries for France.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including HR, Finance, and employees, as well as external vendors.
- Maintain and update employee data in payroll and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable French labor and tax regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, analytics, and reconciliations as required.
- Support payroll-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations relevant to payroll in France.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions and improvements to optimize payroll processes.
- Collaborate with the global payroll team to ensure consistency, standardization, and effective backup across countries.

What will make you succeed in this position:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in French, Sweden, Belgium, or the Netherlands payroll operations and knowledge of local legislation.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Fluent in both French and English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service to internal clients.
- Proactive, positive, and adaptable attitude toward tasks, challenges, and change.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international work environment.
