Job Summary
The IT Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, and maintaining hardware, software, and network connectivity. This role involves troubleshooting, problem resolution, and delivering high-quality customer service in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and other enterprise applications.
- Set up new workstations, user accounts, and access rights in Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment and devices.
- Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with other IT teams for escalated issues and project implementations.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and O365.
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and remote desktop tools.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Knowledge of IT hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Pay: 2,700.00€ per month
